Prosecuting Workers’ Compensation Fraud-A Panel discussion

In this presentation, a panel of three senior insurance fraud prosecutors will provide an overview of the different types of workers’ compensation fraud prosecuted by Southern California District Attorneys’ Offices, with an emphasis on applicant/claimant fraud. It will provide information regarding red flags that signal potential fraud, what to do if you suspect fraud is occurring, and what information our offices need to investigate it. The session will also include time for a Q&A session.
