Trends in Data Privacy in the US

This presentation will focus on challenges for all organizations facing a patchwork of new and emerging trends in data privacy throughout the US, including: (1) new comprehensive data privacy laws in California, Virginia, Colorado, Utah, and Connecticut; (2) emerging trends in privacy litigation around the use of third-party tracking pixels and cookies; and (3) developments in laws regulating the use of artificial intelligence.
