ERM One™ a RIMS 2024 PERK Program

The ERM One™ approach addresses ERM automation management and best practices in an integrated ERM process, together with pre-populated content, such as KRIs, mitigation plans, assessments, analytics and reporting, in addition to other pertinent components.  All content can be used as a starting point or supplement to an existing risk register. 

ERM One™ was developed from the risk manager’s perspective and with two use cases in mind: 

• Use Case 1 – a company has no automated ERM platform in place.
• Use Case 2 – a company that does have an embedded GRC platform of some sort…but not one that is delivering as effectively as needed for the many tasks of the ERM professional.
