Dr. Debra Dupree bio

With over 30 years of experience in dispute resolution, leadership coaching, and workplace training, she specializes in workplace harassment awareness, discrimination, and fostering psychological safety. Her neuroscience-based approach helps organizations build climates of respect and inclusion while effectively addressing the challenges of harassment and retaliation.
Dr. Dupree’s career includes 20 years as a Senior Mentor Mediator for the Department of Navy’s mediation program, where she resolved Title VII complaints involving harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. She has also designed and implemented “Interactive Process” programs for public and private employers to support employees with medical conditions, ensuring compliance with ADA and EEOC guidelines. As a leadership trainer, she has delivered impactful programs like “Manager-as-Mediator” and “Self-as-Mediator,” equipping leaders with tools to resolve disputes and prevent workplace conflict.
