California Employers will be provided practical advice for how to respond to a COVID-19 case and Outbreak in this Permanent Standard era. This presentation will also cover exclusion pay changes, notice requirement changes, employee training, recording and reporting, and recommendations for potential changes to an employer’s Injury and Illness Prevention Program.
- Brenna Hampton is the managing partner of Hanna Brophy’s San Diego office and a California State Bar certified workers’ compensation legal specialist. Brenna joined Hanna Brophy in 2006 and defends insurance carriers and self-insured employers in all areas of workers’ compensation with an emphasis on assertive litigation and creative problem-solving. Brenna is also the Head of Hanna Brophy’s COVID Response Unit and provides educational sessions to all sectors within the California workers’ compensation community.
