This presentation will also cover exclusion pay changes, notice requirement changes, employee training, recording and reporting, and recommendations for potential changes to an employer’s Injury and Illness Prevention Program.

• Brenna Hampton is the managing partner of Hanna Brophy’s San Diego office and a California State Bar certified workers’ compensation legal specialist. Brenna joined Hanna Brophy in 2006 and defends insurance carriers and self-insured employers in all areas of workers’ compensation with an emphasis on assertive litigation and creative problem-solving. Brenna is also the Head of Hanna Brophy’s COVID Response Unit and provides educational sessions to all sectors within the California workers’ compensation community.
