President’s Message
As we wrap up the year, I will also be wrapping up the end of my role as President of the chapter. It has been my pleasure to serve in this capacity, and I want to thank our board for their service these past years. You are all a great group of people, and I am grateful for the time we have spent together.
I would like to welcome to the board Jen Doud and Jodi Lvov (who is the subject of our Member Spotlight this quarter). I am excited to have these two new board members who bring a level of energy and enthusiasm that is very appreciated.
Please mark your calendar for January 15. Ryan Nell will present an Employment Law Update. Ryan has been kind enough for the past several years to provide this valuable information. This is one you will want to share with your HR team.

This is my last RIMSail message and I will make it brief. I wish all of you happy holidays and a wonderful new year.
